
Lale Ergin
Co-founder & CEO ESA EsportsLale Ergin is a senior executive and the Co-founder and CEO of ESA esports & media services company, which is a new venture specialized in third party esports league & tournament organizations, esports & video gaming focused digital content creation, entertainment and event management in Turkey & its neighbouring regions.
Before establishing ESA, Lale spent 23 years of her career at Borusan Holding, one of the most reputable industrial conglomerates of Turkey with $4.8bn revenues mainly focusing on steel, distributorships (BMW, JLR, Caterpillar), integrated logistics and renewable energy.
Her main area of expertise are: strategy, portfolio management, new business development, M&A, disruptive innovation, corporate venture capital, digital transformation and business restructurings. In her last position at Borusan Holding, Lale was one of the three Holding Executive Committee Members with the direct responsibility of Logistics and Energy businesses.
Lale is also an independent Board Member at two ISE (Istanbul Stock Exchange) quoted companies namely, Turcas Petrol and International Paper - Olmuksan.
