Your safety at Twickenham Stadium

At Esports Venue Summit, your safety is paramount which is why, at Twickenham Stadium we will have the following measures in place to fully comply with government guidelines throughout the event:

• Double the summit space! Your conference theatre and exhibition/networking spaces will now be in separate ‘locks’
• Large covered area outside the registration space
• Access to Lock No.5 via the spacious matchday steps*
• A clearly signed one-way system between spaces
• Lunches served in individual portions with wrapped cutlery & condiments
• Hand sanitisers available at all touch points
• Useful wipe stations to clean mobiles, laptops, etc
• Cleaning of communal areas throughout the day

*If you require use of the lift, details of how to book can be found when you register for your delegate pass (at this current time, use of the lift will be restricted to those with a genuine need).
