Director, Emerging Trends Savills

Nicky is Director of Emerging Trends at global real estate business Savills, focused on the future of how we will live, work, learn and play. In a unique role, she works with her global colleagues and her network beyond real estate, to challenge and inform her thinking.

Nicky began her Savills career as a member of the Worldwide Occupier Services Division, where she was part of a team helping US technology companies with international expansion. She co-founded the Savills Tech Cities programme and continues to work closely with the world research team to generate market leading commentary.

She has recently been working with a team comprised of real estate and gaming/esports experts, to consider how gaming and esports might influence the future of the iconic Wembley park estate and how real estate assets might reflect this community and culture.
